The staff was helpful. I received an unexpected room upgrade. The hotel is very close to the airport (a short 12-minute ride). A Starbucks coffee shop is conveniently located inside the hotel.
The all-inclusive drink selection could include MORE options.

The hotel provides valley parking available 24/7 and I experienced minimal wait times for my car. The pool area features nice views plus provides an amazing experience, excellent for relaxation. The furniture in the room looked clean and well kept, an impression that added to the positive aspects of the stay.

The receptionist was very kind, completing the check-in process efficiently upon my early arrival. The hotel staff responded very quickly to requests. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the room service always organized everything meticulously (i noticed and appreciated it).

The hotel is near the airport. The ride was only about 12 minutes. I was able to quickly reach all major attractions. The hotel is situated in a fantastic area, easily accessible to various points of interest.

The vanilla restaurant features starbucks coffee and excellent service. I found the food very nice with many choices. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

I stayed in a City View Room King Bed for three nights. The room had a king bed and a clear view. It was super clean! The bathroom included two separate sinks.
The all-inclusive package had a gap in food service between 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM. It would be nice to have snacks available during that time. It was inconvenient. I had to pay extra if I wanted something to eat.

The breakfast at Salt & Pepper had a wide variety of options, including a fresh egg station. Gusto Italian restaurant on the 18th floor has views. I recommend making a reservation. The bao buns at Morgan's gastro pub were delicious.

The staff were all friendly, including the lifeguards by the pool. They were very efficient. Abdullah at the pool bar and Italian restaurant was fantastic, and always knew my drink order. I appreciated his attention to detail.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist! i found the location quite convenient, as it was close to many attractions. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The variety was excellent and the food was fresh. the room had advanced technology, like bluetooth connectivity to the tv, i appreciated that feature.
the pool area seemed smaller than it looked in the photos, it was sometimes difficult to find a lounger.
